Customer feedback surveys
Customer feedback surveys your customers can answer in their language
Ask how you did — CSAT, NPS, service and delivery feedback — and let customers reply in Hindi, Tamil, Bengali or any of 12 languages. Share it on WhatsApp after a purchase or on a QR poster at the counter.

How it works
Collect feedback in an afternoon
Pick a template
Customer satisfaction, NPS, store visit, delivery, after-sales and clinic visit templates are ready to edit.
Print or send it
Publish, then print the QR poster for your counter or send the WhatsApp message to recent customers. Each channel is tracked.
Customers answer on their phone
No app, no login. Each customer picks their language and Setu guides them one question at a time.
Act on what you learn
Watch scores and comments arrive live, and download XLSX or a PDF to share with your team.
Where it works well
- Shops, kirana stores and showrooms (QR at the counter)
- Clinics, labs and hospitals
- Restaurants, food delivery and hotels
- Schools, coaching centres and training programmes
- Service centres, telecom and utilities
Written comments, in any language
Open-text answers come back exactly as the customer typed them, in their own language and script, so you read their words rather than a summary.
Common questions
Is SurveySetu free?
Joining is free and there is no subscription. You can publish free surveys today; they have a response cap, shown on the publish screen. Paid, pay-per-complete surveys are paused for now.
Do customers have to sign up?
No. Customers can answer as guests from the link or QR code. SurveySetu does not show their account name or email to you; they only appear in your results if your survey asks for them.
Can I measure NPS?
Yes. NPS is a built-in question type (0–10, likely to recommend), and the templates include NPS together with satisfaction and follow-up questions.
How does the translation work?
You write the survey in English. When a respondent picks another language, the questions and options are machine-translated into it, checked to be in that language's script, and cached. If a translation service fails, that line shows in English until it is translated. You choose which of the 12 languages to offer and which one opens first.
Can I see which channel brought each response?
Yes. The analytics panel shows where responses came from, such as WhatsApp, the QR poster or a social media link.
