In Chrome
- 1Open surveysetu.com in Chrome and tap the menu ⋮ at the top right.
- 2Tap “Install app” (on some phones it says “Add to Home screen”).
- 3Tap Install. The SurveySetu icon appears on your home screen.
- Samsung Internet: tap the menu ≡ at the bottom, then “Add page to” → “Home screen”.
- Firefox: tap the menu ⋮, then “Install”.

- Once you are signed in, the app opens on your dashboard.
- Use the “Create survey” and “My surveys” shortcuts (press and hold the icon on Android or a computer).
- Watch responses arrive live, wherever you are.
Panel suppliers
- Once you are signed in, the app opens on your supplier dashboard.
- Check bids, tracking links and completes on the go.

Questions about the app
Is SurveySetu on the Play Store or App Store?
No. SurveySetu is a web app: you install it from your browser (Chrome, Safari, Edge or Samsung Internet) in a few seconds. It gets its own icon and opens full screen like any other app.
Is the app free?
Yes. Installing and joining are free for everyone, and there is no subscription.
Do I need an account to use it?
Not to start: many surveys can be answered as a guest. Create a free account to keep your rewards and redeem them. Researcher and panel supplier accounts are set up by our team.
Does it work without internet?
You need a connection to open surveys. If the signal drops just as you submit, your answers are kept on the phone and sent once you are back online.
Will I get notifications for new surveys?
If you turn notifications on, yes — on Android and computers, and on iPhone or iPad (iOS 16.4 or later) once SurveySetu is added to the home screen.
Why don't I see the install option?
It may already be installed, or you may be in an app's built-in browser (Instagram, Facebook and others) — open the page in Chrome or Safari first. Firefox on a computer cannot install web apps; use Chrome or Edge.
How do I uninstall it?
Press and hold the icon and choose Uninstall or Remove (Android, iPhone, iPad). On a computer, open SurveySetu, then use the ⋮ menu in its window → Uninstall. Your account stays as it is.
