How does pricing work for researchers?

There are no subscription fees for any role, and publishing surveys is free right now. Paid, pay-per-complete surveys are paused for now; when they return, researchers fund a wallet in INR and set a CPI — the wallet is debited exactly that CPI per qualified complete, with no extra charges on top.

Which languages are supported?

Surveys are built in English and auto-translated into 11 Indian languages — Hindi, Bengali, Tamil, Telugu, Marathi, Gujarati, Kannada, Malayalam, Punjabi, Urdu and Odia — so respondents can answer in English or any of those.

How does the supplier bidding process work?

Researchers publish surveys to the marketplace. Panel suppliers submit bids with their proposed CPI; the researcher can accept, counter-offer or reject. Approved suppliers get a unique tracking link, and completes, screenouts and quota-fulls are tracked automatically.

Researchers can set age range and gender criteria, and add location screening down to state, district or village level. Mismatched respondents are screened out automatically and repeat attempts are blocked.

Yes. Researchers can download all responses from the analytics dashboard as a formatted XLSX spreadsheet or a branded PDF report at any time, at no extra cost.
